We'll be very near to our very favorite little nook, St. Germain-Cafe au Lait at Cafe de Flore, Croque Monsieur at Les Deux Magots, Escargot at Basserie Lipp, and nothing from Chanel, Dior, Gucci, et al.
We CANNOT wait.

Here we are are our Luau rehearsal dinner (in the middle of winter).
To celebrate 2 years, Marc surprised me with a hotel room downtown! After work I walked over and met him at the hotel. We started our evening at Cru, a very chic wine bar on Larimer Square. We both enjoyed a delicious glass of wine...Marc's was better than mine...and fried brie=delicious.
From there we walked to Oceanaire, the main event of the evening. Oceanaire is a fantastic fresh seafood restaurant. We both enjoyed very tasty martinis. Marc had the Mahi Mahi (wonderful), and I had Tuna (raw). Both were delicious.
After dinner we had THE MOST DIVINE and perfect cheesecake known to man. I am not joking.
At far right, Miss Hadley "f" ing Rush...The F is for fabulous. I met this little lady as soon as I arrived in Paris. We were in the same van from the airport to our apartment. As it turns out, she was in my study abroad program and living in the same apartment building on the same floor. We had a lot of wonderful times in Paris, and I've only seen her one time since. It's been 3 years or so since we've been together.
These girls, Katie and Lisa, are my favorite friends in Denver. We initiated the trip, and have been getting ready and excited for months now. We see each other every day because we work together. One of Katie's friends, Jamie, will be meeting us in sin city also.
This is my favorite friend from home, Katie (kiki). We have been friends since high school and she was even in my wedding. She's living in New York right now and is making the long trip to Vegas! She's bringing one of her friends with her too.
